Grants helping clean up in Newcomerstown

NEWCOMERSTOWN — Mayor Pat Cadle said the village has received about $1 million in grants in the past yr, together with about $674,000 in the direction of cleansing up the web page of the former Simonds-Heller factory on the south side of the village.
